The Keyestudio Voltage Detection Module is designed to measure input voltages higher than the typical 5V limit of microcontroller analog inputs. Using a resistive voltage divider, it scales down the input voltage by a factor of five, allowing safe detection of voltages up to 25V when used with a 5V system. For 3.3V systems, the maximum detectable input voltage is proportionally lower. The analog resolution of this module is 0.00489V (5V / 1023), and the minimum input voltage is 0.00489V * 5 = 0.02445V for a 5V microcontroller. This module ensures accurate voltage monitoring across a range of electronic devices while protecting the controller from overvoltage.
