Thank you for shopping with K & A Electronics. We're an Australian-based electronics store proudly supporting students, makers, and businesses with fast, reliable shipping. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with a range of trusted domestic and international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
- Australia Post (Standard & Express)
- Team Global Express (including Priority)
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- Uber Rush (Sydney Metro, same day)
- Zoom2u (Sydney Metro, same day)
The carrier used will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout, your delivery location, and the size and weight of your order.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your destination:

4. Express, Priority & Same-Day Delivery
We offer a range of expedited options for customers who need their order fast:
- Team Global Express Priority: Usually next business day to most metro locations.
- Zoom2u & Uber Rush: Same-day delivery within Sydney Metro.

5. Local Pickup
Yes, local pickup is available by email booking only.
To arrange a pickup, please email info@kandaelectronics.com.au with your order number and we'll confirm a collection time.
6. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected carrier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Australia Post International).
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
- International transit times vary by destination and carrier; estimates will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Order Tracking
- A tracking number is provided for every shipment and sent to you automatically via email once your order is dispatched.
- If you haven't received your tracking details within 1 business day of placing your order, please contact us.
8. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We're happy to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
Please note: courier services (Team Global Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Zoom2u, Uber Rush) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these services.
9. Batteries & Dangerous Goods
We ship products containing batteries (including lithium cells) and other dangerous goods in compliance with Australian and international shipping regulations.
- Some carriers and destinations may have restrictions on these items.
- Air freight and international shipments containing batteries may be subject to additional handling, surcharges, or longer transit times.
- If a restriction applies to your order, we'll contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:
- Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at info@kandaelectronics.com.au.
- Please include your order number and photos of any damage (including packaging).
- We will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unattended delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated fees, including the cost of re-shipping the order.
- Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at info@kandaelectronics.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
12. Public Holidays
We observe NSW public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. Expect possible delays around major holiday periods (Christmas/New Year, Easter, etc.).
