The Keyestudio GY-521 MPU6050 Module integrates a 3-axis MEMS gyroscope, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, and a Digital Motion Processor (DMP) to provide comprehensive 9-axis motion tracking when paired with an external 3-axis compass via its dedicated I2C sensor bus. It also supports interfacing with additional non-inertial digital sensors like pressure sensors. Equipped with six 16-bit ADCs—three for gyroscope and three for accelerometer outputs. The Keyestudio GY-521 MPU6050 Module offers precision tracking for both fast and slow motions with user-programmable full-scale ranges. The gyroscope can be set to ±250, ±500, ±1000, or ±2000°/sec, while the accelerometer supports ranges of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. This flexibility allows for tailored sensitivity and accuracy in various motion sensing applications.
